You may only make a verifiable Consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable Consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable Consumer request within the timeframes set forth in the CCPA. If applicable, in our response, we will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request.
Other California Privacy Rights
California residents may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California residents may make such request to us at support@WarpLeads.com. We will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to such third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses or these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the email specified in this section.
