Additional Information for California Residents

This Notice for California Residents (CCPA Notice) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. We have created this CCPA Notice in order to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA).

Within the last twelve (12) months, WarpLeads has collected the following categories of personal information (as defined in the CCPA) from or about Consumers (note that the lettered categories are according to lettering in the CCPA):

• Identifiers, such as a real name, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP Address, email address, or account name
• Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records Statute, such as a name, signature or telephone number
• Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law, such as age or gender
• Commercial information, such as records of products purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies
• Internet or other similar network activity, such as browsing history or information on a Consumer’s interaction with a website or application.
• Geolocation data, such as physical location.
• Visual information, such as a photograph.
• Professional or employment-related information
• Inferences drawn from other personal information, such as profile information reflecting a person’s preferences.

Personal information does not include:

• Publicly available information from government records
• Deidentified or aggregated Consumer information
• Certain other information that is already regulated by other laws or regulations

Information that is specifically exempt from the scope of the CCPA.

Categories of Sources of Personal Information

As explained in more detail here, WarpLeads obtains the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

• Directly from you.
• Affiliates.
• Advertising Networks.
• Analytics Providers.
• Social Networks.
• Partners: Business partners.

Use of Personal Information

We may use, or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes as described here.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Service Providers

WarpLeads may disclose your personal information to service providers for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the services for us. As explained in more detail above, we also share your personal information with certain categories of service providers who assist us in providing our Services and with our business.

In the preceding 12 months, WarpLeads has disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

Sale of Personal Information

The CCPA defines ‘sale’ very broadly. It includes the sharing of personal information with third parties in exchange for anything of value. According to this broad definition, in the year before this section was last updated, we may have sold the following categories of personal information to third parties:

• Identifiers
• Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records Statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))
• Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law
• Internet or other similar network activity
• Geolocation data
• Visual information
• Professional or employment-related information

The third parties to whom we may sell personal information are:

• Social Media Platforms – these third parties maintain networks connecting individuals and organizations – such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter

Your Rights and Choices

If you are a California resident, you may request that we:

Disclose to you the following information covering the 12 months preceding your request:

the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (see above) and the categories of personal information we sold (see above); the categories of sources from which we collected such personal information (see above); the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information about you (see above); and the categories of third parties to whom we sold or otherwise disclosed personal information (see above). delete personal information we collected from you (see below); or opt-out of any future sale of personal information about you (see below). We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.

To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable Consumer request to us by either:

You may only make a verifiable Consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable Consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable Consumer request within the timeframes set forth in the CCPA. If applicable, in our response, we will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request.

Other California Privacy Rights

California residents may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California residents may make such request to us at support@WarpLeads.com. We will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to such third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses or these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the email specified in this section.
